Shipment information

1.All prices apply at the point of sale in EUROS including VAT.

2.Orders are executed in EUROS by bank transfer, credit or debit card.

3.We deliver from a minimum order value of 25€ including VAT.

4.For every order up to 100€ we apply a discount of 10% which will be passed on to the next order. We will give you a free plant from our shop for orders over 100€.

5.All shipments are made by MBE logistics company.

6.The shipping and packaging costs are flat rate of 8,50€ for Spain and 19,00€ for EU countries.

7.Our shipping days are Mondays, except holidays and in case of low temperatures.

8.The plants that we send within Spain normally reach the customer within 48 hours. The plants that we send to the UE, normally reach the customer within 48 hours and to EU countries within 72 hours.

9.Any obvious damage from transport or mailing must be reported in writing immediately by email.

10.The seller undertakes to deliver the plants healthy and in perfect condition. Any imperfections or defects that are evident at the time of delivery must be reported in writing immediately.

11.In our shop we use some abbreviations. For mature plants that are capable of blooming:/FS/ For younger plants:/NFS1/- one year to blooming. /NFS2/- two years to blooming. To indicate plant size when fully grown: S-<15 cm, M-<50 cm, L->50 cm<. Growing temperatures: C-cold, T-temperate, W-warm.
